1. Who we are

Maison Warith (the "house", "we") operates this website to present a collection of fragrances, collect reviews, and answer concierge inquiries. We are the data controller for the information described below. Any questions about this policy can be addressed to concierge@maisonwarith.com.

2. What we collect

We collect only the information you choose to share with us. When you submit a review or an inquiry we receive your name, email address, the content of your message or review, and — where you provide it — your selected fragrance and place of purchase. The site itself uses no account system and no payment processing.

3. Why we collect it, and the legal basis

We use your details solely to respond to your inquiry or share your review with our concierge. Where you tick the consent box, we rely on your informed consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) to process your data for that purpose. If you later wish to be contacted with house announcements, we only do so with your separate affirmation.

4. Consent is always yours

No form is submitted without your explicit tick of agreement to this policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by writing to concierge@maisonwarith.com — withdrawal has no effect on the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

5. How your data is held and shared

Your reviews are transmitted securely to our form provider (Formspree) and reach our mailbox; inquiries open your own email client so nothing travels further than you choose. We never sell, rent, or trade your data, and we share it only with the service providers required to run these forms. Any processor is bound by confidentiality and the same standards described here.

6. How long we keep it

Correspondence is retained only as long as needed to answer you and to record the heritage of reviews you have chosen to share. You may at any time ask us to delete your review or delete every trace of your correspondence, without condition.

7. Cookies & technical data

This site stores no first-party cookies. The Google Fonts stylesheet and your browser itself may transmit routine technical data (such as an IP address) to the font host, which reads and deletes it automatically. Nothing on this site profiles or tracks you for advertising.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your data, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to object to processing. Send any request to concierge@maisonwarith.com; we answer within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

9. Children

Our services are not directed at individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a minor's data has been shared with us, contact us and we will erase it.

10. Changes to this policy

If the house's practices ever change, this page will be updated with a new effective date at its head. Material changes will be drawn to your attention where we can reach you.
